LCTC SECURE ENTRY (LAKE CAREER & TECHNOLOGY CENTER)

The project consists of the renovation of existing Secure Entry modifications, misc. interior Office renovations. Thework consists of, but is not limited to, minor selective demolition of existing interior wall partitions, installation of one new steel column and beam, one exterior window replacement, interior storefront and secure pass thru window, doors, interior metal framed walls, gypsum board, associated interior finishes (paint, flooring, casework, suspended acoustical ceiling systems, electrical, minor mechanical work.
